Tianju Xue

I am an Assistant Professor at CEE of HKUST. Previously, I worked as a postdoc at Northwestern University with Prof. Jian Cao in the Advanced Manufacturing Processes Laboratory. I obtained my Ph.D. from Princeton University where I was co-advised by Prof. Sigrid Adriaenssens in the Form Finding Lab and Prof. Ryan Adams in the Laboratory for Intelligent Probabilistic Systems. My research interests are at the intersection of computational mechanics, additive manufacturing and machine learning.
